    • Can I get a free trial?

      Sign up and you can provision a 24 hours trial instance so you can test the service - no credit card required.

    • What regions can I choose from?

      We currently deploy to multiple regions within Europe. Region selection is not available yet, but it’s coming soon.

    • What is your affiliation with the open-source project?

      We are not affiliated with the upstream Uptime-Kuma project. We provide managed hosting and maintenance so you can start monitoring faster.

    • Can I use my own domain?

      Yes, you can! Subscribe to the Custom Domain add-on, provide us with your desired domain, set up the necessary DNS records, and we’ll handle the rest.

    • Can I migrate or move my installation to another region?

      Not yet - coming soon. For now, instances are created automatically in an available European region.

    • Is it possible to restrict access to my installation?

      Soon! We're working on a feature to allow you to configure a custom firewall to restrict or allow access based on networks or CIDRs of your choice.

    • Do you provide SSL/TLS certificates?

      Yes, all installations come with a trusted SSL/TLS certificate automatically provisioned and managed by us.

    • How many WireGuard tunnels can be created per installation?

      Once available, we will initially support one WireGuard tunnel. Contact support if you require additional tunnels.

    • Can you sponsor our organization?

      Possibly! Reach out to us with details about your organization and your requirements, and we’ll see how we can help.
